Is the connection for video or audio calls?

We provide Google Meet or Zoom links for our sessions, and it's not mandatory to enable video. Your privacy is important to us, and enabling video during the session is optional for both you and the listener.

Are there any fees for using Lystener's services?

​Yes, our services incur charges. To maintain a sustainable business model and fairly compensate our counselors for their time and efforts in providing the service, we charge a nominal fee. This fee goes towards supporting the platform 'Lystener,' while ensuring that our counselors receive appropriate compensation for their valuable contributions.
