Our main objective is to help you overcome any feelings of isolation and encourage positive changes in your life through our compassionate listening support.
Select Plan
Customers have the option to select either a one-time listening session or a 10-day package.
Booking Review
Upon receiving a booking for a listening session, we meticulously review the request and proceed to schedule a session with one of our Lystener counselors.
Scheduling
A Zoom or Google Meet connection link will be sent to the provided email address, accompanied by an SMS notification if a mobile number was provided during registration.
Safe Listening
At Lystener, we offer a safe space and an impartial listening experience facilitated by our team members. We prioritize maintaining anonymity and upholding the confidentiality of all shared information.
Feedback
Following the conclusion of the listening session, a feedback form will be dispatched for the customer to review the session. The session may be evaluated using the designated session ID.
